The Gift of Assumptions

(Soft Launch - Guinea Pig Edition)

Turning Misunderstandings into Empowerment and Resilience

Online Event

Did you manage to get through your holiday gatherings without anyone making an assumption about you?

If so, you’re the lucky one!

Like Water off a Duck's Back... as they say.

Easier said than done, right?

We’ve all been there many times where we’ve felt trapped in someone else’s unpleasant perspective of us. It can be frustrating, and at times, debilitating.

In those moments, we may wish we had a superpower that lets it just roll off. Can we learn to become impervious to these outside perceptions and not become hijacked by them? Can we learn to become more resilient and boundaried without compromising our open hearts?

We can. I have found a way to acquire these superpowers and I’d like to share it with you.
I’m offering a mini-workshop on how to develop some skills that can help guide us through these difficult moments.

Join me for a series of exercises and games that help to retrain our brains. Experience the freedom from habitual reactions that have kept us stuck in old, unhealthy relational patterns.

What other people think of you is none of your business.
